When phoning surgery very long waiting general give up after 5 mins. But everything else is great.

Perhaps a call me back service on the phone. Rather than waiting.

I needed an urgent appointment for the second time in ten days, due to worsening of 2 long term conditions. On both occasions the receptionists I spoke to were very efficient, friendly and helpful.The first Appointment had been with Dr Krish who was professional, yet caring and very thorough with the in-surgery treatment carried out. The latest one was with Fiona. She was professional yet friendly and acknowledged she had treated me previously, (even tho it was quite a while ago). She listened and allowed me to explain everything, making allowance for my memory problems, then carried out a full, caring and understanding examination. She gave me a lot of information and medications to help every aspect of the worsened conditions. As a result of that worsening my Anxiety had been increased for many, many weeks but I am much calmer now.

Nothing. At all times, everything that could be done for me was done by professional, caring, team work.

Went in to the surgery to make an appointment and the receptionist was welcoming polite and very accommodating. I got an appointment that day and saw Fiona who was polite welcoming and very professional. Just what you need when your not feeling well.
